1. SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped one by one direct from our warehouse within 24-48 hours from when you place the order.
We ship Monday to Friday; Weekend orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.
The estimated shipping time starts from the day your order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot make large changes or cancellations after placing the order.
2. PRE-ORDERS
All pre-sale products will ship on or before the shipping date on the product page.
If your order has one in-stock product and one pre-sale product, they will ship together when the pre-sale product arrives.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Spain:
Standard delivery by mail (10-12 business days)
UPS Standard (3-5 business days)
UPS Express Saver (1-2 business days)
4. COSTS
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any import or customs charges related to your order; Please check your country's regulations to see if there will be additional costs. This includes import charges on orders with FREE Express shipping.
If your order has taxes and you do not pay them, we will deduct the charges from any refund.
5. LATE OR LOST ORDERS
When placing your order, be sure to enter the correct address, because FPRO is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or left with a neighbor.
Any problems with lost or missing orders must be reported by mail to info@fpro.shop.
If we return your order due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping cost to resend it.
If you do not pay the shipping cost, we will deduct it from the refund.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
To return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, write to us info@fpro.shop en 14 days from receiving it.
We will give you instructions for the return.
When we receive the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
If we approve it, we will make the refund to the method of original payment or we will give the exchange.
Shipping costs for returns are yours.
Our app offers lifetime access to all features; there are no refunds, even for account purchases in the FPRO™ APP. We can change the app without warning. If you have problems, contact support. By purchasing lifetime access, you agree to our no-refund policy and terms.
If you purchase and ship to a country outside the EU but refuse to pay customs taxes, this policy applies:
You cover return shipping, plus extra fees. We will refund the original price less return shipping costs and extras. We process this when we receive and inspect the returned product. We are not responsible for refused taxes, we do not refund those fees.
