HOW TO START?
Follow these simple steps to start training with our program:
Inside the box you will find an FPRO™ Ball Mastery Mat and a booklet containing detailed instructions on how to get started with the program.
Simply scan the QR code on the brochure to download the FPRO™ app. Also take some time to read what Ball Mastery Mat is all about.
On the final page, you will find the unique verification codes. Simply enter the code in the training section of the FPRO™ app to unlock the program. You can do it on your phone or tablet.
Imagine two children participating in a soccer session, both eager to practice their exercises on a single mat. With two individual accounts, each of them can have their own custom stats, skill cards, and more. Multiple accounts open up a world of possibilities, catering to soccer academies, teams and various other scenarios.
Practice anywhere with the FPRO™ Ball Mastery Mat. You only need a 2x2 meter space and a device for our training videos, you can practice from your bedroom to your living room.
Don't let the cold stop you. Train for at least 20 minutes daily. In one year, that's more than 120 hours of additional training, propelling your progress to another level.

Simply download the FPRO™ app from the App Store or Google Play.
TELEVISION
Connect your phone or tablet to your TV and stream videos directly from our FPRO™ app. However, if you cannot connect your phone or tablet to your TV, or the videos do not display, you can try accessing the application through the browser: www.fpro.app
COMPUTER
Access the FPRO™ application and all trainings through the web browser: www.fpro.app. Simply log in to your account and start the workouts.
